Public observability helpers for logging, errors, context, and diagnostics. A dependency-light, standard-library-only foundation shared by the SDK, the in-process local backend, and the FastAPI server. The package root exposes only the stable user-facing entry points: Lower-level formatters, anonymizers, and diagnostic probes are available from their implementation modules for internal composition, but they are not re-exported here as top-level SDK API. Endpoint verification (bioptimus.observability.healthcheck.verify_endpoint) is likewise imported from its module: unlike the helpers above it needs the model stack, so re-exporting it would pull those imports into every consumer of this package.
